How can I track the status of my order?
We want to make sure you are updated. You can track your order through your order email that you'll receive after your order has been shipped.
What are the delivery options available?
We offer express delivery options for both domestic and international shipping.  Express delivery takes an estimated 2 business days for domestic shipping.

How do I get in touch with your couriers?
Our couriers can be contacted directly for any delivery-related queries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with courier contact information.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to multiple countries. You can select your preferred delivery option during checkout.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.  No refunds will be given, and no returns will be accepted.
